I ordered two Prescription Red Wine labels on 26 November. I didn't receive them until Friday 29 December! While I appreciate that postage from the UK to New Zealand takes a while, I would have appreciated an update when the labels had been printed and shipped. Instead on 14 December, 14 working days after submitting my order, I chased Forefront Designs by email to try to get an update on progress. It appears from the shipping envelope that the labels were sent from your premises on 14 December.
It might be a good idea to improve your communication as to the status of orders so that customers can monitor progress rather than having to wonder whether anything was happening with the order.
